Consultation We conduct client meetings to develop a thorough
understanding and definition of the assignment as well as the specific strategy for its
implementation. From this meeting we define the client corporate culture, goals and
expectations.
Two: Position
Development We prepare a detailed position description and
experience profile for client review and approval.
Three: Research &
Candidate Identification We use several methods of research and candidate
identification when conducting a search. Some examples of the research we conduct include
compiling comprehensive industry and company information to identify corporate management
structures, identifying target corporations who employ appropriate candidates and
accessing our network of professional resources.
Four: Candidate
Assessment We interview and assess candidates according to their
professional and personal qualifications. We identify critical information such as
compensation, relocation issues and career expectations.
