Five: Presentation
& Recommendation
of Candidates We meet and present a report within 30-45 days that
outlines and assesses the backgrounds and qualifications of recommended candidates. This
report summarizes our search strategy and other issues relevant to the assignment. At this
meeting we will select candidates to be interviewed.
Six: Reference &
Background Evaluation Once a mutual interest is demonstrated between the
client and the presented candidates, reference checking and background analysis is done to
support the candidacy of these individuals. In addition to candidate references, we will
verify academic and other credentials.
Seven: Negotiation
of Offer & Closing Once a final candidate has been selected, we serve as an
intermediary between the client and candidate to ensure a successful conclusion to the
search. We provide the client with recommendations on compensation structuring, offer
presentation and negotiation strategies.
Eight: Follow Up
We believe our commitment goes beyond the completion of
the search. Stone Murphy will maintain communication with the client and candidate during
the transition and throughout the first year.
