Al Giesen, Managing Director, joined Stone Murphy in 1996, and is responsible for managing national searches across a variety of industries. Searches conducted include Director through Senior Vice President levels in the functional areas of accounting, finance, operations, legal, human resources, sales and marketing.

Al has more than 20 years experience in professional recruitment, which includes managing a group of seven midwest offices for a large national firm. Al is a CPA and previously worked in public accounting for Arthur Andersen and Co. He is active in the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants and has been a member of the Board of Directors. He graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
