Our client, located in Madison, is one of the largest credit unions in Wisconsin. For more than 70 years they have offered customized financial products and services to meet members' money management goals and have grown to more than 90,000 members and over $700 million in assets today. The Vice President, Lending will report to the President/CEO and reporting to the position will be the Director, Lending Operations; Manager, Mortgage Loan Support; Manager, Loan Servicing Support; Manager of Consumer Loan Support; and Collections Coordinator. The Vice President, Lending will have overall executive accountability for the credit union’s loan portfolio and serviced mortgage loan portfolio – including long-term strategic development of lending practices, policies and objectives. Additional responsibilities will be to develop and redefine lending methods and processes to optimize service quality, loan quality and efficiency in the delivery of loan services. Qualifications include ten or more years of consumer lending, mortgage lending or business lending experience along with the proven ability to formulate strategy and lead at an executive level. An undergraduate degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
