Our client, located
in the Twin Cities, is composed of full-service companies offering
horizontally and vertically integrated services and expertise in real
estate development, architecture, engineering, construction, property
management, financing, leasing and sales.
Over the years, the Minnesota-based company expanded its real
estate development and property management capabilities and opened offices
in other cities. The Director
of Employment will report to the Vice President of Human Resources.
Reporting to this position will be a Human Resources Generalist.
The Director of Employment is accountable for providing overall
human resource consultative services to the company with an emphasis on
developing and implementing employment solutions to support the
achievement of strategic business plans.
This position will assist and advise management in the development,
implementation and evaluation of human resources strategies, processes and
practices related to the employment, and employee relations.
Qualifications include a
minimum of six years of human resources
experience to include substantive experience in staffing, the development
of employment strategies and employee relations.
It requires demonstrated experience acting as a change agent with
established ability think outside the box, and a history of success in
implementing human resources practices in support of business strategies
with a strong strategic orientation. An
undergraduate degree with emphasis in business and/or human resources is
preferred. An MBA or MAIR is a
plus.
