Senior Director of Program Management
Our client, located in St. Cloud, MN, is a leading
national provider of compliance resource solutions for financial
institutions and their legal counsel. The Company’s lending, deposit,
IRA and anti-money laundering solutions are used by more than 12,000
financial institutions in the US. The Senior Director of Program
Management will report to the Chief Technology Officer and reporting to
this position will be a team of project managers. This position will lead
a team of project managers who organize, manage and control activities of
multiple large software product development projects, including those
which govern development of financial transaction compliance and
documentation applications and enterprise (ERP) implementations. These
critical projects play a significant role towards maximizing both company
revenue and business operations efficiency. The Senior Director will also
lead the ongoing development of software processes for the effective and
efficient delivery of products and systems to the company. Qualifications
include a minimum of 10 years of experience in software application
development and 10 years of demonstrated management/supervisory experience
in systems development and project management is required. Demonstrated
experience in creating and managing a project office or program management
discipline for an organization delivering multiple software product
releases each year. Some travel will be required. A Bachelors degree in
Computer Science or related field is required; an MBA, JD or related
advanced degree is a plus.
Vice President, Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) and Analytics Systems
Our client, located in St. Paul, is
the state’s largest health coverage carrier. The Vice President of
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Analytics Systems reports to
the Chief Information Officer. This position is responsible for providing
leadership and management of all aspects of the company’s Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) and Analytics Systems group. This position
will be a key member of the Information Systems (IS) Senior Leadership
team and will provide strategic leadership and direction in aligning the
company’s CRM and Analytics technology strategy with the company’s
business strategies and goals. The Vice President of (CRM) and Analytics
Systems Work with executives to develop and implement the company’s CRM
and Analytics business strategy. It will lead the development of a
technology strategy to support the company’s CRM and Analytics business
strategy. This position will also lead the implementation and support of
the company’s CRM and Analytics technology strategy. The Vice President,
CRM and Analytics Systems group will establish an Enterprise-wide
Technology Architecture (EWTA) and ensure compliance to it.
Qualifications include a minimum of 15
years information systems management experience. A minimum of 15 years
experience in IS with 10 years in senior (Director or above) applications
development roles within services industries or software product
engineering settings. A demonstrated deep understanding of the health care
industry and/or an
excellent grasp of business strategy overall and an ability to quickly
grasp the essential IT issues that will shape the future. Practical
experience running disciplined applications development teams leveraging
industry standard software development methodologies, including RUP and
package software selection and implementation methodologies. Exposure to
relevant internet standards and technologies, including J2EE, XML, HTTP
and security infrastructures. An undergraduate degree in MIS, Computer
Science or related discipline. A Master’s degree is preferred.
